Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your Dazleads account dashboard or by sending an email request to support@dazleads.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be processed immediately, but your subscription and access to unused credits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Dazleads operates a strict no-refund policy. As the service provides immediate access to digital data, once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable. This applies to all monthly subscription fees and remaining unused credits.
Credit Refund Exception
The only exception to the no-refund rule is for Credit Use Failures. If you use a credit and our data provider (API) fails to respond or explicitly states that no email was found, the used credit will be automatically re-added to your account balance.
