1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DazLeads service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
DazLeads is a Data Aggregation Service that allows users to reveal professional contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) based on public profiles. We aggregate data from publicly available sources, third-party partners, and community contributions.
Important Disclaimer: DazLeads does not own, create, or claim ownership of any LinkedIn data. All proprietary rights remain with the respective platforms. We act solely as a search engine for professional contact details.
3. Billing & Payment Models
DazLeads offers two distinct payment models. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details prior to purchase.
3.1 Pay-As-You-Go (One-Time Purchase)
- Description: You purchase a fixed number of credits (e.g., 100 Credits) for a one-time fee.
- Recurring Charges: There are NO recurring charges or auto-renewals for this model.
- Credit Validity: Credits purchased under this model do not expire as long as your account remains active (see “Account Dormancy” below).
3.2 Subscription Plans (Recurring)
- Description: You subscribe to a monthly or annual plan that allocates a specific number of credits to your account each billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. The payment method on file will be charged automatically.
- No Rollover (Use it or Lose it): Unlike Pay-As-You-Go credits, unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. It is your responsibility to use your allocated credits before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation (For Subscriptions)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@dazleads.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. You will retain access to your account and any remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
4.2 Refund Policy (All Plans)
- No Refunds on Usage: Once a credit is used to reveal data, the service is rendered and is non-refundable.
- No Refunds on Renewals: We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals if you failed to cancel before the renewal date.
5. Credit Usage
- Usage: One successful data reveal (email or phone) deducts the specified number of credits from your balance.
- “No Result” Guarantee: If our system fails to find verified data for a specific search, no credit is deducted.
6. Data Accuracy & Liability (“As-Is” Clause)
- No Warranty: All data is provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for high accuracy, DazLeads makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, validity, or deliverability of any email address or phone number.
- Limitation of Liability: DazLeads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this data. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific credit pack or subscription month in question.
7. User Responsibility (Anti-Spam & Compliance)
You, the User, assume full responsibility for how you use the data revealed by DazLeads. You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
- Respect “Do Not Call” (DND) registries where applicable.
- Use the data solely for legitimate B2B professional communication.
DazLeads is not responsible for any legal actions taken against you for unsolicited communication or spam.
8. Account Termination & Dormancy
- Abuse: We reserve the right to suspend accounts without refund for suspicious scraping activity, bot usage, or creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
- Dormancy: To maintain system performance, DazLeads reserves the right to expire “Pay-As-You-Go” credits if an account remains inactive (no logins or searches) for 12 consecutive months.
